These Terms govern your use of this website. Crest provides custom web engineering, technical search engine optimization and paid acquisition management services. All client engagements are governed by a separate written agreement that defines scope, deliverables, timelines and fees. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement prevails for that engagement.
3. Performance and Results
Where a written agreement includes performance commitments, they are measured against a baseline agreed before work begins. If we do not meet an agreed milestone within the evaluation window, we continue optimization at no additional cost as set out in that agreement.
Results shown on this website, including case studies, statistics and testimonials, describe specific clients at specific times. Past results do not guarantee future results, and we do not guarantee rankings, traffic, revenue or ad spend unless a written agreement says so.
4. Intellectual Property
Unless a client agreement says otherwise, custom code, assets and design deliverables produced for a client are assigned to that client upon complete payment. Crest retains ownership of its pre-existing methodologies, code libraries and generic design patterns.
The content of this website, including its text, design, code and graphics, belongs to Crest or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute it without our written permission.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, interfere with its operation, or use automated tools in a way that harms its performance or security.
6. Third-Party Links and Services
This website links to third-party sites and loads some content from service providers. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Where a client agreement specifies governing law, that law applies to the services under it. For use of this website, and where no such agreement exists, these Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which Crest is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
